Refund policy
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Exemption We do not pull mass-produced jewellery from a shelf. Because every piece is meticulously handcrafted and forged specifically to your order, your purchase is legally exempt from the standard 14-day "change of mind" cancellation period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you simply change your mind once the forging process has begun or after the piece has been delivered.
Incorrect Sizing It is your sole responsibility to provide an accurate, professionally measured size at the time of your order. If an incorrect size is provided by the customer, we will happily resize the piece, but any subsequent bench work and all associated fully-insured shipping costs (both ways) will be entirely at the customer’s expense. Measure twice, or have it done by a professional.
Damaged or Faulty Goods We stand completely behind our 26 years as master jewellers. If a piece arrives damaged in transit or is genuinely faulty upon delivery, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected. You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
The Inspection and Return Process We will not issue any refunds or begin forging a replacement piece until the original item has been returned to our Leeds workshop and visually inspected by our team to confirm the fault.
-
Contact us immediately to report the issue before shipping anything back.
-
The item must be returned to us using a fully tracked and insured shipping service. The piece remains your financial responsibility until it is signed for at our workshop.
-
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or broken in transit, we will cover the return shipping costs.
-
We will then offer you the choice of a full refund or an expedited, newly forged replacement.
